1. Eligibility & Account

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

• We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, images, and descriptions accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings or photography.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices at the time of placing an order are the prices applicable to that order.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We may cancel or limit quantities if an item is out of stock, discontinued, or if we detect unusual ordering behaviour.

3. Orders & Payments

• Your order is an offer to purchase products. We accept your offer when we dispatch the products.
• We support multiple payment methods including online payments (via gateways such as Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery (where available).
• In the event of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request additional verification.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, we may refuse or cancel orders if previous COD orders were refused, returned undelivered, or flagged as misuse.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and may vary due to courier constraints, remote locations, or unforeseen events.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate and reachable.
• If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we may cancel the order and deduct applicable shipping/handling charges.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our Return Policy provides detailed terms for returns, replacements, and refunds. In summary:

• Only eligible products in unused, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging may be accepted for return within the specified window.
• Certain items (such as innerwear or accessories) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method or store credit/wallet as per the options shown during the return request.
